How to get HTTPS access to server back working after new license?

Votes:

I have been using PRTG for two years, with local and remote HTTPS access to the network monitor.. I purchased a new one-year license yesterday. When I installed the new license, the Server Administrator was unable to configure SSL on port 443 - although it has been working without problems for two years.

I was able to configure access using HTTP port 8080, but I want to go back to HTTPS. How can I do that?

Hi,
do you get an error message when trying to set up port 443? If so what precise error message?
