sFlow stopped working two days ago




I've been monitoring several Fortigates using sFlow without any paritcolar problem until two days ago: they all stopped working the very same moment and the same hour of the day (about two days ago).

The netflow enabled on a Cisco Router is having the same issue.

It's weird: all my sensors stopped monitoring the same moment.

At the moment I am using a trial license

If you restart the PRTG services, do the sensors work properly again?

I made it work doing a "recalculate cache" and a restart of the services :)

Anyway I noticed the live data was working fine, only the top lists had stopped. So I checked this topic: https://www.paessler.com/knowledgebase/en/topic/34863-sflow-toplists-not-showing-latest-data claiming it might be a performance issue.

Right now I am upgrading the whole server resources and see what happens tomorrow or in the future
