Barracuda Web Filter 310 & SNMP v2c

I have a customer running a Barracuda Web Filter 310. The system claims to have SNMP enabled over v2c, has the community string configured and it has the PRTG server IP listed as allowed for SNMP requests.

There is a settings for SNMP traps but, from the reading, this should not be required so has not been configured.

I happen to be lucky to know how to spell Barracuda, but my interaction with those devices have been a solid nil. Both PRTG and the SNMP Tester receive "No response (check: firewalls, routing, snmp settings..) (SNMP error #-2003)."

Does anyone have any thoughts?

hello, not even a device uptime request is possible with the tester?

Trap configuration should not be required at all if you just want to poll data from the device.

Besides that we have do experience with SNMP and Barracuda devices as well since we have none in out test lab.
