HTTPFullSensor

Hi There, we have a httpfullsensor that's been working fine for > 30 days.

It began to fail recently and we've tried all combinations of browser setting and authentication setting but haven't had luck in restoring the sensor. The site is working fine (from the probe machine in IE).

Can you suggest what out next step should be in diagnosing the sensor? (i.e. is there a more detailed log other than sensor history that we should be looking at or should we go to windows event log / IIS log etc?)

Hello,

thank you very much for your KB-Post. Which exact errors do you then get on the sensors? Could you maybe please upload some screenshots showing the exact error messages on the sensors (on the "Overview"-Tab)? If the sensor is not in error-state right now, you can also check the "Log"-Tab of the sensor, to view previous error-messages.

best regards.
