Do you have a best practice solution to let PRTG now there was a software update on a monitored system and some services were new? It's not a problem if a service is missing after an update because the sensor will went to error state, but if there were some new services we must figure out which services this could be...

Hello,

thank you very much for your KB-Post. I'm very much afraid PRTG does not monitor for available updates on target machines. But if services do not start after updates, the sensors (monitoring these services) will be in error state.
