Hello,

thank you very much for your KB-Post. Setting ping delays over 100 milliseconds is not possible. Sorry.

best regards.

Any chance this could be added as a feature request? I'd like to set higher pings (i.e. 4 pings over a 10 second (2500ms delay) or even 60 second period) so I can get a better average. I'm afraid temporary congestion (with total ping groups <1 sec) may cause ping delays or erroneous drops that are not indicative a sensor going down. I've had devices briefly drop into alarm staus due to this and I would prefer to view these issues as a ping quality problem not a device offline problem.

Sorry, currently there are no plans to change this. Please instead then use more ping packets per scan and longer scanning intervals (for example 100 ping count, and a 5 minute scanning interval).
