HTTPS error after upgrade

I just upgraded our PRTG installation to 13.2.3.2285. Now, some of the HTTP sensors we had configured to monitor HTTPS URLs (pointing to a self-signed cert) all show as down with this error:

Last HTTPS test result: Error connecting with SSL. Error connecting with SSL. error:14077410:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:sslv3 alert handshake failure

Before the upgrade, these sensors showed up as Up. The sensors in question are standard HTTP sensors with the URL field updated to read HTTPS. I've tried changing the SSL Method to SSL V2, SSL V2 or V3 and SSL V3 and it doesn't resolve the issue - the sensors still show as down.

How can we resolve this issue?

error https prtg13 ssl

If you set it to use SSLv3 it doesn't work? In that case, please forward us an email to [email protected] including a screenshot of the sensor's settings, as well as a screenshot of the "Setup -> PRTG status -> System status" page. Please refer to this thread in order to associate the ticket with the same.
