Sonicwall TZ 215 WAN

I have replaced 2 sonicwalls with 2 new TZ 215. When I replaced the old sonicwalls I removed the device from PRTG. I added the 215s, just like all of my sonicwalls. Since added these 2, I can't get prtg to see the WAN ports on either one.

I have tried to add the firewalls multiple times and each time I only get the LAN port. I have tried the smtp tester on the local probes and it does find WAN1 and WAN3, but nothing shows up in PRTG.

I also tried adding the sensor manually using the OID that I got from the smnp tester program and still got nothing.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks Kerry

For other customers which may encounter similar issues:
The missing WAN interface on Sonicwall's TZ215 is most likely related to a bug in the firmware image SonicOS 5.8. In such cases Updating to SonicOS 5.9 resolves the issue.

Which exact test did you ran in the Tester? To add traffic interfaces, the "Scan available interfaces"-Test is the important one.

For other customers which may encounter similar issues:
The missing WAN interface on Sonicwall's TZ215 is most likely related to a bug in the firmware image SonicOS 5.8. In such cases Updating to SonicOS 5.9 resolves the issue.
