If inherited, the notification trigger should also be defined for the object, but perchance we are not understanding the query properly. Do you have a screenshot illustrating what you mean, please?

Now i can set Trigger Inheritance to two variants: "Inherit trigger(s) from parent object(s)" "Only use triggers defined for this object"

I Need variant "trigger(s) from parent object AND triggers defined for this object"

If you select to inherit triggers, this will use both triggers. Triggers defined for a specific object are always used for the same. Only the inherited triggers can be disabled - by setting this to inherit triggers from overlying objects you would, in essence, be selecting to use the triggers from the overlying objects, as well as the triggers defined for this particular object.
