Problem connecting via iPRTG

Am trying to set up iPRTG (V3.3) on iPhone 4G, iOS 6.1.3, but getting "Error Loading Data [403]". The operation couldn't be completed (NSURLErrorDomain error 403)

I have checked I can access our server via browser from the phone and I can, and I can access via the demo account ok. I have an Android phone running PrtgDroid accessing our server which is all ok.

On the iPRTG interface, when I create the account, it always has an asterisk (*) next to the name, as if it isn't saved properly.

Hi,
please send a screenshot showing the account settings in iPRTG to [email protected]. Additional, if possible create a read only account on your installation and send the data as well via email.
When sending the email, please refer to this case.
