I have two offices, with 100 Mbps (guaranteed) links to the Internet from the provider's. How can I monitor the real available bandwidth between offices? I have to be sure that it is indeed equal to 100 Mbps.

Our CEO actually wrote an excellent blog post about this but the gist of it is that it's rather difficult to measure what your connection is actually getting all of the time. It may be possible to figure this out every now and again but to find out how much bandwidth your connection is capable of, you need to use all of it's bandwidth, which isn't really feasible to do often.

There is also a custom sensor that was built by another user for a similar question as well:

PTF.ReadFile
