SMTP POP3 Round Trip: Sending Mail: Unknown Error

Hallo!

Habe ein kleines Problem!

Wir verwenden den PRTG Network Monitor 8.4.1.2283!

es werden mehrere Server mit SMTP POP3 Round Trip kontrolliert, nur bei manchen Server funktioniert es nicht. Als Nachricht bekomm ich nur: Sending Mail: Unknown Error.

Die Einstellungen im PRTG sind identisch.

Muss ich am Server noch irgendwelche Einstellungen machen

Guten Tag,

vielen Dank für den KB-Post. Leider bietet PRTG 8 da noch kein detailliertes Logging bei den Roundtripsensoren, da würde ein Update auf die aktuelle Version höchstwahrscheinlich mehr Hinweise bringen.
So kann man leider nur die Logs vom Zielmailserver prüfen ob es da Hinweise gibt warum der Sensor fehlschlägt. Oder ggf. die Kommunikation mit Wireshark aufzeichnen und da die Pakete dann analysieren.
