Error when auto updating

I'm getting the following message when I try to autoupdate PRTG. What's wrong??

Software update is not available: [05-08-2013 09:29:31] Autoupdate: Error while downloading update (Socket Error # 11001 Host not found.)

go to auto-update page

We have recently changed the servers that support our Auto-Update feature so please try doing a DNS flush on the system to see if that resolves the issue and if not, please make sure that all of the sites that are needed for the Auto-update are allowed along with the ports that they are using through any firewall or AV software. Hello, I'm still experiencing this error. I've flushed my DNS and the specified sites/ports are allowed through our firewall.

From that server are you able to ping all of the sites that are on that list for the updates?
