After installing upgrade to 7.3.5 from 7.3.4 my main probe device require a Manual Upgrade, what's this procedure?

Server Service : 7.3.4.5709 Probe Service and other: 7.3.5.5746

I've installed the 10 sensor free version upgraded to 20 sensor.

did you change the installation folder?

please stop all PRTG services and all PRTG applications (probe administrator tool, server administrator tool)

and install again.

No, I've not changed the installation folder. I've only launched the setup.

ASAP I'll try your suggestion.

Hi,

Whats the procedure for PRTG 12? Yesterday I updated to 12.4.6.3230 and all my remote probes where updated automatically, except one. How to update it manually?
