SNMP error # - 2003 once a while

I had PRTG running for over 6 months now, I had this monitor the firewall with all the ports including the 1 LAN, and 3 WAN. No setting has been changed on the firewall and on 7/29, all of sudden, I'm getting this message No response (check: firewalls, routing, snmp settings of device, IPs, SNMP version, community, passwords etc) SNMP error # -2003) I would get these message once a while and then one or two these day and then would have a bunch on another day. Can someone help me out over here?

I did applied the new update figured that would fix some of the bugs but no, the problem still exists. Please advise

This is usually the result of the SNMP request timing out. It could be that the network traffic is heavy during these periods and is causing this error. What you could do would be to edit the timeout settings for this device under the Credentials for SNMP Devices options and see if that resolves the issue.
