Kann ich notfall- und standortabhänig Emails versenden ?

Guten Tag,

wir haben aktuelle eine PRTG Installation auf einem Server in einem von zwei zentralen deutschen Standorte. Von diesem Server aus bedienen wir unsere weltweiten Standorte mit zwei Teams (landerspezifische Verantwortichkeiten).

Kann ich Emails vom PRTG gesendet so einstellen, dass sie standortabhängig und notfallabhängig an die Adressaten versendet werden können ? Ist evt. auch eine geräteabhängig Einstellung möglich ?

Guten Tag,

vielen Dank für Ihren KB-Post. Das lässt sich da nur über mehrere Notifications (Benachrichtigungen) lösen, die dann auf verschiedenen Triggern auf den verschiedenen Geräte-Gruppen liegen. Nur eine Benachrichtigung, die dann je nach Gerät (und dessen Standortdaten) andere Empfänger "anschreibt", ist nicht möglich.
