I'm looking for a way to monitor an analog line? Do you have an idea?

Well, if you still have an analog modem, you can connect it to a serial port and use the AT command set to see if you get a dial tone.

This will require a free serial port on your PRTG server and the writing of a Custom Sensor.

Keep in mind that this is a rather bold way of testing, existing calls will notice that the modem picks up the line and also might hear some bleeps.
