What are people using to monitor their external links? Specifically to determin bandwidth fluctuations. I am trying to prove to our vendor that we are seeing drops that are outside of their SLA. Thanks.

you could ping various websites like Google, Yahoo, Facebook
or use http sensors to monitor various external websites
