why did my prob device disconnect?

my prob device disconnect without any reason and all of my sensors disconnected either .I stop PRTG server administrator and couldn't start it again and status remained on stop pending until I restart server .

my server specification is : Intel Xeon Cpu [email protected] (CPU Usage is about 11%) 4GB RAM (Memory Usage is about 1Gb) Windows sever 2008 R2 (64bit)

so I suppose there isn't any hardware problem .

please help me what happen to my PRTG !

In order to be able to discern a possible cause for this issue, we would require your log files, for both the core and the probe servers. Please forward us the same, as outlined under How can I upload log files to Paessler support team?, with reference to this thread.
