Contact Paessler Support
PRTG provides a very straightforward way to contact Paessler’s support team. You can open a Contact Support form on any page in PRTG. Screenshots and a support bundle containing log files will be attached automatically to your support ticket—you do not have to collect this information manually anymore!
This feature enables Paessler’s support team to react to your issues in a fast way because necessary information indicating the reasons for the same is available by default. The data sent with your support ticket is very helpful for providing you the best support that you can get!
For any issues, problems, bugs, or feedback, open the Contact Support form on the page you would like to refer to. Either, choose Setup | Contact Support from the main menu bar, or open the support form via the footer Contact Support which you can find on every page in PRTG.
In the appearing window, provide comments describing your issue in a detailed way, choose Attach web page screenshot to create a screenshot of the current page, and include the Support Bundle Base Pack to your request.
