How to contact the Paessler support team
You can contact the Paessler support team via the Contact Support form in PRTG: in the main menu bar, go to Setup | Contact Support. You can also click Contact Support in the footer in the bottom-right corner on every page.
In the pop-up window, select the scope of your question and your current emotional state. Describe your problem next:
- Summarize your problem in the subject line.
- Add details about what you want to do and why you want to do it.
- Add details about what you already tried.
We recommend that you also attach screenshots and a support bundle. If you check the respective boxes, PRTG automatically creates these files for you. This helps us to solve your problem as fast as possible.
