Administrator Account losing privileges

I login as admin and see two remote probes requiring acceptance, when I click 'deny' on one I am told I don't have sufficient privilege for this action. On OKing this I return to the probes list to see that neither of these two remote probes are listed. At the same time the Setup menu now has only non-admin menus listed. I have to logout and in again to get admin items appearing again.

We have seen this problem arise when using the same browser that has been used for a previous Admin session so please try to log in with either a different browser or computer, clear the cache on the machine and then log in with the Administrator user account and see if you are still unable to acknowledge the probes.

Also this was generally a problem with older versions of PRTG so if you can update, please try doing that as well.
