Since we had multiple issues with Spam and bots in the past, all queries need to be published by a moderator. Depending on the nature of the question, this can take anywhere between a couple of minutes (like in this case) to a couple of days. In the latter cases (which should actually be the minority of cases) this usually has to do with a member of the moderator team needing to contact one of the developers. Depending on the availability of the developer in case, this can take a while.
