snmp monitoring

Hi,

I have just download and imorted some mibs for a nas device. they were imprted successfully but when i try to monitor the device it comes up with the error

Sorry, the scan for available monitoring items has failed! Error Message:"Socket Error # 11004 "

I have enabled the snmp on the device and all seems to be ok, its not like you have many options when configuring the device.

are other SNMP sensors working on the device? e.g. SNMP Uptime?

use the OIDlobrary you created in our free SNMP Tester to scan against the device.
