New sensor question

Votes:

0

We have just upgraded from PRTG 12 to PRTG 13 and have seen some new sensors added to our devices. One sensor that has appeared for a Cisco ME3600 switch is called "Sensor System Health Other" and contains a number of different channels measuring dBm however there is nothing else to say what exactly is being monitored. One of these channels alarmed recently but we saw no issues with the kit and the logs showed no problems either.

Can you please tell me what the sensor is monitoring? Many thanks.

It is most likely this would be the Cisco System Health sensor. However, in order to be sure - and in order to know what entries are being monitored on your system, please forward us a screenshot of the sensor's settings, as well as the overivew page to [email protected]. Please refer to this thread when forwarding us the information per email.
