I have import Juniper SSG oid to prtg using oid importer but when I go to device and add new sensor and choose custom SNMP library and choose my library I will get error saying AJAX Request Failed PE1001 , any one face this ?

This may be an issue with permissions so please make sure that you have access to create and edit this sensor type. This could also be an issue with the OID Library so please send the MIB and your OIDlib to us so we can test this out and try to create the OIDlib ourselves. You can send this info to [email protected] and please reference this KB article name and number.
