Hi

it looks like the configuration file is broken. Please replace the current configuration.dat file with one of the latest backups from the folder "Configuration Auto-Backups".

The default directory path is:

C:\ProgramData\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor

Hi,

Meawhile: - I've tried to install current stable version. Same result. - I've tried with previous version 13.3.8.3025 (canary) and it works correctly.

Do you still propose to restore the configuration? (The one before the upgrade?) Should I tried to update to the same 13.4.7.3257?

Regards,

João Manso

the canary version is fine, but please do not use the canary version in a productive environment!

If you want to restore your config, please install a stable version and restore a working configuration file. For example if the server crashed on Wednesday please try the backup from Tuesday or Monday.
