PRTG time

Does the timestamp used in %systemdatetime placeholder come from the PRTG server? Are placeholder time values based from the PRTG server? By actual test they do not appear to be coming from the the system the target is monitoring, nor do they appear to be coming from a browser based (AJAX) client. How does PRTG handle and report time? If this information is in the documentation I have not been able to find it.

Hello,

thank you very much for your KB-Post. PRTG uses the system time of the server/PC on which the PRTG Core Server is running (that sends the notification) in this placeholder.

best regards.
