I'm afraid there is no dedicated sensor in PRTG to do so. Sorry. You might use a custom script run by a EXE/Script (Advanced) Sensor to upload your configuration.
Hi,
what precisely do you want to do? Do you want to upload the PRTG configuration to a FTP server or do you want PRTG to upload a configuration file to an FTP server?
Best regards
