Printer ODI Values

Hello

I am trying to find if there are any ODI values available - or how can I pull better information back from my printers. I was told I could get information back like toner level , page levels , page jams , page count , errors.

I am using Canon mutli function devices but it pulls back very little information using a standard discovery.

I have a few HP laserjet for small offices (1 to 1) printer and the discovery pulls backs lots of sensors with lots of good information to monitor. But the ODI values don;t seem to be cross vendor , as when I replicate a probe from the HP printer to the Canon is fails (even from Canon to Canon)

Hope someone can help.

Hello,

thank you very much for your KB-Post. Please check if Canon offers any MIB-Files that you can import with our MIB-Importer to monitor the target then with SNMP Library Sensors.
