EVA sensor: Syntax error in command SELECT MANAGER

Hello, I tried to create Enterprise Virtual Array Sensor in PRTG (13.4.6.3374) according you KB, but I stucked on this error during creation of sensor - Error: Syntax error in command SELECT MANAGER.

We have connected EVA via fibre to backup server. On this server is full command view installed (version 10.1.0). I copied "sssu.exe" from this server to PRTG server and set required registry key.

I created PRTG sensor for this backup server, but creation was interrupted with described error. Is neccessary to run something special on probe system? For testing I tried to create PRTG sensor for another server(without CV) and same error was displayed. So I think that something configuration is missing on backup server.

Can you help, please?

In the actual version(13.4.6) we do have a Bug, that causes the sensor to show this error message, if you use a sssu.exe that is newer than 10.0.0

With the next Update(13.4.7) of PRTG, that will hopefully be released quite soon, we've added a bugfix, that is supposed to fix this problem. Please bear with us!
