how to resolve this issue? "Socket error on connecting. WSAGetLastError return 10060($274C) A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond"

If you are getting these errors on an ESX host that you are trying to monitor, you may need to enable SSH on the ESX host. Please see this article for more information.
