How to change AD credentials for all probes

Votes:

Hi there.

When our System Administrator setup the probes they are all using his administrator account to access the devices.

He's moved on and we need to retire his old administrator account and this is the only thing that it remains tied directly to.

We have an AD account that is an administrator that is used for these sorts of things so we need to change over all the probes to use this account.

Any idea how I go about doing that? Is there a place that I can set it once for all sensors and probes?

we are using version 12.3.4.2994

Thank you.

If you navigate to the Root group you should be able to go into the settings there and set the credentials for Windows machines. Once it is set there, it should be inherited to all of the other devices in the tree unless specifically stated otherwise at other group or device levels.
