Remote probe not buffering on disconnection

Votes:

Hi,

We have a PRTG core setup and a number of remote probes connecting to the core probe. I can confirm that non of our remote probes are buffering data should a disconnection occur. Can you please assist in resolving this issue.

Hi,
for troubleshooting purposes may I ask what precise version of PRTG are you using?
Best regards

Hi,
thank you for the information. May you send the core server logs as well as the remote probe logs to [email protected]. Please send also a screenshot of a live graph showing a gap.
Thank you.
