Why I can't monitor ESXi 5.5.0 1331820 ?

PRTG Version - PRTG Network Monitor 13.4.6.3374

I can monitor ESXi 5.1.0 838463 but I can't monitor ESXi 5.5.0 1331820 by SOAP. I can login to ESXi 5.5.0 1331820 by browser(https://esxi/mob/ ... ) but "VMware Host Performance (SOAP)" sensor return "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send."

Why?

If this was a ESXi server that was updated from a previous version, please try the solution in this article and see if that works.
