How can I change the dashboard layout?

I have the following scenario: I have two sensors that measure the temperature and humidity. I have the third sensor, which is a sensor factory based on the values of temperature sensor and humidity sensor. Can I change the dashboard with a message or a picture? For example if temperature is smaller than 10 and humidity is smaller than 10 to show me a sad face, or something like that instead of a dashboard with values 0 and 1.
