When I do an Show interface I'm getting alot of "Total output drops: " On SNMP sensor is that the Discards? If not is PRTG able to monitor the total output drops, and if so how would I set that up?

Hi,
by standard PRTG is not able to monitor the OutputDrops. You might use a MIB file provided by Cisco and import the same to PRTG using the MIB Importer. Please see this thread in the Cisco Support Forums where the topic itself, needed OIDs and MIBs is covered as well.
