the manual just says can monitor Cisco Specific Parameters, is there any documentation that will give more specifics on what parameters it's moniotring

Hi,
you might have a look at the Cisco documentation of the CISCO-QUEUE-MIB to get the needed information. The oidlib is based on this MIB.
