Cannot get LOGS in status changes with a period

Votes:

I can only get LOGS of status changes from 7 days ago. (e.g. from 16/12 and today is 23/12). If I choose 1/12 to 8/12, after I choose the date and time period and enter, finially it shows 16/12 to 23/12 again.

Report has same situation. I generate the report and it just show "connecting PRTG server" and still no report out after half an hour.

PRTG seems can monitoring normally but just problem in reporting/logs viewing.

What can I do to make it shows the logs over 1 weeks ago?

Thanks.

In your PRTG installation, please check the data retention settings in the System and Website settings section under Setup. The server may be set up to purge the records after only a week which is why there is no data for anytime before this.

If these settings are set to retain data for longer, then please check your data directory to see if data is there for more than a week. If not, you will need to check and see if there is any other software that may be removing the data. Where does PRTG store its Data
