PRTG Show Password error



I Have PRTG 9 . WMI sensor show error on window server 2008 R2 which are not on domain PRTG show error . "Connection could not be established (80070005: Access is denied - Host:, User: itteam, Password: **, Domain: ntlmdomain:ssinydb1) (code: PE015)." in Credentials for Windows Systems gave computer name, user name and password. The same machine on domina working fine on computer name i gave domain name.
