PRTG Show Password error

I Have PRTG 9 . WMI sensor show error on window server 2008 R2 which are not on domain PRTG show error . "Connection could not be established (80070005: Access is denied - Host: 10.20.30.41, User: itteam, Password: **, Domain: ntlmdomain:ssinydb1) (code: PE015)." in Credentials for Windows Systems gave computer name, user name and password. The same machine on domina working fine on computer name i gave domain name.

Hi,
please see the article on the most common WMI errors for troubleshooting. There please refer to section 80070005 - Access is denied and 80041003 - Access Denied.
