How i can use the device template to get the cisco router name as devicename in prtg?

devicetemplate dnsname prtg

The only way to have PRTG use a name instead of an IP for a device is to have that name present in DNS and your reverse DNS (PTR) records. If both of those names match then PRTG will assign that name to the device.
