In ipcheck I could have it create a graph on demand that would compare the latency and loss for two ping sensors on one graph. Is this possible in PRTG Network Monitor?

compare ipcheck ping prtg

Please use a factory sensor. See What can I do with PRTG's Sensor Factory Sensors? for more details.

CSVImport

Take a look at CSVImport

CSVImport was originally intended to build graphs from data that is exported using CSVExport, but can also request data directly from your PRTG server.

CSVImport allows you to combine the data of multiple sensors and channels into one graph.
