HTTP SSL certificate expiry senior

Dear sirs,

I am adding HTTP SSL expiry seniors on several web servers. However, some of the servers getting error message "Protocol Error: Unable to connect to the remote server (code: PE023)" on PRTG Enterprise console.

Actually, I found the senior is located at \PRTG Network Monitor\Sensor System\SSLCertExpiration.exe, when I tried to manually run it with -u=URL, it returns the message saying "The operation has timed out".

Appreciated that if anyone can give me some help.

Here is the brief information. 1) PRTG version V13.4.7.3532 2) All servers with .NET 3.5 enabled 3) Windows "User Account Control" disabled

Hi,
may you try running the sensor from the commandline again but using the -sslv3 switch?
Do you get any different result here?
Are you able to access the sensor target using a browser from the server PRTG is installed on? Best regards

I think I have asked a stupid question....

The website URL is only able to be accessed from external network, if accessing from sensor target will be failed because of NAT loopback.

Thanks for your hints.
