Is it possible to have the system generate and email me the latest Sensors showing down or down(acknowledged). We have a weekly meeting where we review these and it would be handy to have a list to work from.

If you wanted to get a report like this, you would have to export the log from the root group into xml and then filter it with something like Excel. This is not possible through the native reporting engine unfortunately.

You can make a library (node) filtered to only show the items by status you are looking for. Then you could email that link weekly. Or may be use something else to schedule the printing of that page.

I hope that helps you.

It would be great (for your case) if PRTG would allow you to make a report from a library

With Jeff's suggestion please mind that the Library node would only be able to show which sensors are currently down and not what was down for the last week month etc, but great suggestion Jeff, thanks!
