IE9,10,... not working in PRTG

Im on PRTG Network Monitor 13.4.7.3748 and IE9,10,... users get the "browsers not supported " error. Please help.

P.S. I cant comment on other posts for this site, just see the log in or register.

Hello,

thank you very much for your KB-Post. Can you please check, if maybe the Compatibility Mode is enabled in your IE? Please see the following article for details: How can I access the AJAX web interface of PRTG with Internet Explorer 9 or IE10?
