problem with synology

hello. i cannot monitoring SYNOLOGY ds413g. i have SYNOLOGY-UPS-MIB.mib and encoding in oidlib without err. but when i add new sensor, PRTG said me "No available interfaces on this device (code: PE049)"

From what you have shown here, it seems like SNMP isn't configured or configured properly for this device or that the OIDs that you are looking for don't exist on that device. If you are able to read the uptime from the device with the tester, then SNMP should be working but the OIDs that you are scanning for aren't there.

You can also try doing a walk on the OID 1.3.6.1 and see what the results are since this will walk the whole OID Tree for the device.
