The SNMP trap receiver and multiple sender (HP equipment)

Hi all, yes, i found the article "How can i use the trap receiver" and also some others. But i didnt get the right feeling if its possible to have 1 trap receiver for 1 specific event but for multiple sender. In detail as an example: Receiving from all HP Proliant servers the OID "Network teaming degraded, NIC1 link lost" or another one receiving "RAID5 degraded, HDD3 in bay 12 ..." - you got it ;-)

And if so, is there an article with all the generic and often used OIDs for Proliants? Seems that this equipment is not the rarest one :-) And no, i dont want to use the polling SNMP sensor, i need the instant "real time" trap receiver.

Thx, Eric

Hello,

thank you very much for your KB-Post. May I ask, which version of PRTG are you running? Please be aware that we just released a new version (14.1.8) yesterday, which includes a new improved version of the SNMP Trap Sensor.
