are you using auto update or have you tried updating manually?

auto-update --- I've always used auto-update in the past and it never had a problem before. I've never done a manual update before.

Hi,
please try updating manually. Just download the latest version from the website and run the installer on the machine PRTG is installed on. All your data will be kept during this process.
Best regards
