Latest update is failing

Tried multiple times to update to the latest version of PRTG but always fail with this message in the Log:

2014-02-19 17:59:29.498 Warning: SHGetFolderPath failed with code 0x80004005 on folder 0x801A 2014-02-19 17:59:29.498 Fatal exception during installation process (Exception): Internal error: Failed to expand shell folder constant "userappdata" 2014-02-19 17:59:29.498 Exception message: 2014-02-19 17:59:29.498 Defaulting to OK for suppressed message box (OK): Internal error: Failed to expand shell folder constant "userappdata" 2014-02-19 17:59:29.498 Defaulting to OK for suppressed message box (OK): Setup was not completed.

Version running is 13.4.7.3705 target was 14.1.8.1370

Hi,
are you using auto update or have you tried updating manually?

auto-update --- I've always used auto-update in the past and it never had a problem before. I've never done a manual update before.

Hi,
please try updating manually. Just download the latest version from the website and run the installer on the machine PRTG is installed on. All your data will be kept during this process.
