Monitoring network client

Hello, We currently use the "Windows Network Adapter" sensor to monitor traffic on our servers. We wish now monitor the network on some clients (Windows 7) with the same sensor position traffic, but it does not work. PRTG sends us the following error preventing the addition of sensor : 800706BA: Le serveur RPC n’est pas disponible - Host: 172.16.4.6, User: administrateur, Password: **, Domain: ntlmdomain:ville-saintes.lan Yet we enabled the following services on a client workstation:

- Appel de Procédure distante (RPC) = Remote Procedure Call (RPC) - mappeur : de terminaison RPC = Mapper: RPC endpoint - Interruption SNMP = SNMP Trap - Localisation d'appel de procédure distante (RPC) = Location of remote procedure call (RPC)

Do you have a solution for us?

Seeing as these are WMI sensors, have you tried the solutions that are in this article? It may just be allowing that service through the firewall.

Also, if these machines are on another domain, you may try using the computer name as the domain or localhost.
