Hi,

If we want to start our failover server it's giving this error:

Could not start webserver for http://172.16.1.122:443 Access Violation at address 0000000000000760519 in Module "PRTG Server.exe" Read of address 000000000000000018

This is after te latest update of PRTG. Before that no problems.

Could you possibly try restoring a configuration file from before the update and see if somehow it did not save properly before the update? Instructions for restoring configuration files.

If this does not work, please send us log files to [email protected] and reference this KB article.

Setting back the configuration file worked. Failover is up and running again!
